Refund policy

Try PrintBIM before you buy: the free plan gives you unlimited marked exports, and no card is needed. Please use it to check that PrintBIM works with your models and your printer.

All sales are final

• Because you can try PrintBIM for free first, we don't offer refunds for change of mind or for a licence you didn't use.
• Subscriptions: cancel any time from your receipt email or paddle.net, and your licence keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund the rest of a period.

Your legal rights

Some countries give consumers a right to cancel or a refund that can't be waived, for example when a product is faulty or not as described. Where such a right applies, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles it under the Paddle refund policy. Contact [email protected] or paddle.net with your order number.

After a refund

If a payment is refunded or reversed, the licence ends automatically and PrintBIM stops saving print models on your computers.
