Prices in US dollars; taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Buy with the email you use for your PrintBIM account, and your licence appears there automatically.
Billing questions
Who handles payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
How big a model can I save?
Plans differ by the real size of what you export, measured on your Revit model before scaling: Free up to 50 m across and 20 m tall, Pro up to 100 m across and 100 m tall, Studio any size. You can build and preview a model of any size on every plan; PrintBIM tells you before saving if it needs a bigger plan.
What does commercial use mean?
Pro and Perpetual are for your own projects and your studio's work. Studio also lets model shops and print bureaus make print models of other people's projects for their clients.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly, or from Pro to Studio?
Yes. Email us and we'll switch your plan; the price is adjusted for the time left in your current period.
What happens if I cancel?
Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. After that you can still build and preview print models, but saving needs an active licence.
Can I move my licence to a new computer?
Yes. Sign in to PrintBIM on the new computer and choose Use PrintBIM on this computer; the old one stops saving at its next check-in. You can also sign a computer out from your account. Up to 4 moves in 30 days; if you need more, email us.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final, so try it first: the free plan gives you unlimited exports with a small mark. Refunds are made only where the law requires them. See the refund policy.
